Two ways in, both direct.
Write to us, or put a call on the calendar. Either lands with the engineer who would do the work — there is no intake team and no qualification sequence to get through first.
The best first message describes the flow that is costing you the most and what you have tried. Two paragraphs is plenty.
Live scheduling on our real calendar. Pick video or phone at booking; you will get a confirmation with the details immediately.

What a discovery call is
A working session, not a pitch. You describe one flow that is currently costing you — the one where things get re-typed, dropped, or invoiced late — and we walk it together, stage by stage, until both of us can see where the seams are.
By the end you should have a clear read on three things: whether this is a software problem at all, which of the four channels would address it, and roughly what a first phase would involve. If the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf product covers your case, or that the problem is a process disagreement software cannot settle, that is what you will hear. We would rather lose an engagement early than run one that was never going to work.
Nothing is signed on the call. If there is a project, the next step is a written specification with a scope, a fixed price and an explicit out-of-scope list, which you read at your own pace.
- Format
- Video or phone — your choice at booking
- Who joins
- The engineer who would design the system. No handoff to a different team later.
- Cost
- None. No credit card, no discovery fee.
- Output
- A verbal read on fit, the channel we would start with, and the rough shape of a first phase
- Follow-up
- A short written summary by email. A specification only if you ask for one.
- Confidentiality
- What you tell us stays with us. An NDA before the call is fine — send yours.
How the hour is spent
The sequence
- The shape of the business — what you do, how work arrives, how many people touch a job.
- One real job, walked end to end. Where it starts, every hand it passes through, where it finishes.
- The seams. Where information is re-entered, where it waits, where it disappears.
- What you have already tried, and specifically what did not stick and why.
- Our read: what is worth building, what is not, and which channel comes first.
- What happens next, if anything. Said plainly, on the call.
Worth having to hand
- A recent estimate and the invoice that eventually followed it, so we can see the distance between them.
- The names of the tools currently in use, including the spreadsheet nobody admits is load-bearing.
- A rough sense of volume — jobs per week or per month, and how that moves through the year.
- The question you cannot currently answer about your own business. That one is usually the most useful thing you will say.
None of this is required. If all you have is a frustration and twenty minutes, book anyway — the call is still worth having.
What happens to what you send
There is no contact form on this site, on purpose. A form would be one more system holding your details for no benefit to you, and it would mean this site collected data. It does not. Email reaches us directly, and the booking page is operated by our scheduling provider under their own terms.
We aim to reply to email within one business day. If a message needs a longer answer than that, you will get an acknowledgement first rather than silence. Anything you share in a first conversation stays between us whether or not an engagement follows, and we are happy to sign your NDA before the call rather than after.
The full detail of what is collected, why, and how long it is kept is in the privacy policy. It is short, because there is not much to describe.
- Site collection
- None. No form, no account, no analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Delivered to a business mailbox on our own domain and kept while the enquiry is live.
- Booking
- Handled by our scheduling provider on
book.centralux.ai, under their privacy terms. - Sharing
- Never sold, never rented, never used for advertising.
- Deletion
- Ask at contact@centralux.ai and we will remove your details.
Put it on the calendar.
Live availability, video or phone, no cost and no obligation. If email is easier, write to contact@centralux.ai instead — it reaches the same person.
